Regarding the Blue Servers...

After getting off the phone with another company's billing support, I've decided to get this rant off of my chest.
Our original provider went under rather suddenly, and so I was tasked with finding another dedicated host. The database backup with all of the scores for Blue Attack and Blue Defense should be safe, I hope!
I thought that I had found the perfect replacement provider, but my experiences with them so far haven't been exactly great. The reviews I've read about them were positive, the servers they offered were better than the ones we had before, and the price was right. I placed an order with them, received the online payment form, chose PayPal as my payment option, and paid. I receive a confirmation email from both the company and PayPal, and I check our PayPal account, and it lists a completed transaction sent to the company. So far, so good.
I then receive an email from the company stating that they cannot accept our payment because the account isn't PayPal verified. Without the verified status, they wanted me to fax to them a tonne of personal information that I was uncomfortable with revealing. We then agreed to cancel the payment so that we can repay for the order once we become verified, and I received an email confirmation from them of the cancellation. We became verified a couple of days after that email exchange, and I sent them an email stating that we would pay for the order once we received a refund to our account.
That was back in November, and I've yet to receive a reply or a refund. I've waited the requisite time for the payment to be returned, but this is getting ridiculous. I ended up calling their billing department and was shuffled around to three different operators, but that happens with any company you call with a billing inquiry, so I'm not really upset about that. Now my case is "under investigation", so let's hope that this matter is resolved soon.
In short, it's my fault that you can't post and view your online scores for Blue Attack and Blue Defense for the last while. I was expecting to get online with a new server and with minimal interruptions, but I didn't expect this. Sorry guys!

Argh, that sounds super annoying, Victor... thanks for dealing with all this crap for us!
